Summary

We are seeking a proven sales leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth in enterprise and high‐performance storage. This individual will lead strategic customer engagements, own key enterprise accounts, and scale new business in demanding data intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings more than a decade of success selling advanced data storage technologies, with firsthand experience managing complex enterprise cycles across Fortune 500 and large global accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and account expansion across enterprise, cloud, and high‐performance computing customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory/business plans to exceed quota performance.
  • Build strong relationships with C‐level executives and technology leaders.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation and qualification to close.
  • Partner with technical pre‐sales and solution architects to position differentiated value.
  • Contribute to customer success by ensuring solutions meet both immediate and long‐term workload requirements.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven success in enterprise storage or cloud infrastructure sales.
  • Consistent overachievement against quota in high‐growth, competitive environments.
  • Deep domain expertise in high‐performance storage, scale‐out NAS, HPC, AI/ML data platforms, or cloud storage services
  • Prior experience at leading storage and cloud providers such as Avere, NetApp, Pure Storage, DDN, Vast Data, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with global enterprise accounts.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high‐growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Salary Range for SVBA Applicants: [$200k – $300k OTE] (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)

Holodeck Software Engineer

IC Manage is looking for experienced engineers to extend our Holodeck team. We are working on an exciting service in the storage and cloud delivery domain.

As a member of this team, you will work alongside outstanding engineers and leaders who obsess about performance, availability, scalability and durability of customer data. You will be solving technical problems at a large scale, distributed systems, and big data technologies. As a member of this service team, you will have strong ownership over the design, implementation and operation of a massive scale distributed storage system.

The ideal candidate would possess strong analytical, design, problem solving skills and experience in building & operating high performance systems at scale. You should have experience working with other senior engineers, mentoring junior engineers. Experience in the storage industry is helpful but not required.

Our office is conveniently located a few blocks from downtown Campbell, CA within Silicon Valley.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. 5+ years of software industry experience is a requirement.
  3. Heavy Emphasis on Programming in C/C++ in Linux environment
  4. Basic understanding of Linux system behavior in terms of memory, cpu, storage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience and knowledge on TCP/IP internals, socket programming, and common network protocols.
  2. Experience building scalable infrastructure software.
  3. Experience with storage, filesystems, virtualization technologies and on-demand computing.
  4. Experience building fault resilient software, highly reliable data centric software.
  5. Good understanding of different filesystem uses NFS V3/V4, NVME performance is a plus.

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the IC Manage software.

Specific responsibilities include:

Presales customer engagements—customized demonstrations, evaluation support

  1. Customer deployment support – collaborating to develop and release Python-based automation frameworks
  2. Post sales support to resolve product issues or improve usagr with new features, end user requirements
  3. Write and maintain scripts for customer silicon design flows and internal usage (Python)
  4. Guide internal IC Manage R&D team development to ensure customer user experience requirements are met
  5. Travel – 20-30%

Requirements:

  1. Linux exprience – basic bash / csh scripting
  2. 2+ years as either as a IC development or CAD support engineer in an EDA or silicon development team
  3. Good understanding of IC design workflows, including IP development, releases and tapeout processes
  4. Experience in 1 or more of the following areas
  5. Digital implementation flows (Synthesis, Place and Route)
  6. Verification (emphasis on automation of creating, running, analyzing complex verification flows)
  7. Cadence Virtuoso Analog development experience
  8. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers via email, phone, and in-person visits
  9. Working knowledge of Python and ability to create new Python applications, debug existing Python applications
